Policy Guidelines
Check Product at Time of Delivery
Customers can check the product right at the time of delivery with the courier rider. If there is any visible issue or something is wrong with the product, it can be checked immediately upon receipt.
Within 1 Day: Device Compatibility Exchange
If within 1 day (24 hours) of receiving your order you find that the product is not compatible with your device (e.g. phone, laptop, or system), you can deliver it back to us and exchange it with any other product from our store catalog.
- The product's packaging and box must NOT be damaged or torn.
- The product must be completely scratchless, pristine, and unused.

For exchanges, customers can deliver the product back to our warehouse located at: Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi, Pakistan
Faulty Products & Warranty Claims
In case of any faulty product or manufacturing defect, customers can claim official warranty according to the product's designated warranty duration by delivering it to our Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi location.
What We Can’t Accept
- Items with physical damage, scratches or liquid ingress
- Products with the packaging or seal destroyed
- Earphones and earbuds that have been used, for hygiene reasons — unless the item is faulty
- Items returned more than 1 day after delivery
Not Covered by Warranty
- Physical damage, including cut or frayed cables
- Water or liquid damage
- Damage from use with a non-compliant charger or power source
- Normal battery capacity decline over time
